Sources and method

Where the numbers come from. The protocol snapshot, the banker ranking, auction sales, S-Bill rate history and the activity feed are read from the protocol’s own indexer at indexer.standardreserve.xyz, the same service the official app uses. The charter register, S-Bill book and bills, and the history of past rounds are read straight from the contracts through the public Robinhood Chain RPC. The $STANDARD price comes from DexScreener, with GeckoTerminal as a fallback. The Reserve treasury is read from its wallet on the chain; Stock Token prices, liquidity and volume come from GeckoTerminal, with DexScreener as a fallback for the prices.

How fresh it is. Your browser asks the chain every two seconds whether the protocol’s contracts have done anything. When they have, the figures that event can change are fetched again at once: a sale in an auction shows within a second or two, read straight from the auction contract, and what comes from the indexer follows a few seconds later. Between events nothing on chain has changed; the site still refreshes every 10 to 60 seconds as a safety net. Hover over “Live” in the header to see the block the figures were read at. If a source stops answering, the last good copy stays on screen and the header says so.

What is worked out here. Sale prices between blocks, the pay level expected in the next round, the fee for cashing out, S-Bill figures and everything in the simulator are calculated on this site from the contract’s rules. The pay rule is checked against every round that has ended so far. The figures are estimates: the contract has the final word when a transaction lands.

What the simulator assumes. Pay follows the protocol’s rule exactly. Buying and selling, how fast branches are added, and the price are yours to choose; nothing is forecast. New branches are spread evenly over time and your own branch count stays the same.

Words. This site uses plain words where the protocol has its own. A round is an epoch. The pay level is the issuance multiplier, so 65% is 0.65×. Buying and selling is the net ETH flow through the pool. Cashing out is a withdrawal. An S-Bill’s bonus is its premium.

Units. Amounts are in $STANDARD unless marked ETH or $. Times are UTC. An S-Bill rate is the bonus for one lock-up, not a yearly rate.
